Good work gear should show up when it's supposed to. Here is exactly how Artisancladstudio gets your order from our shelves to your doorstep, with no fine print hiding anywhere.

Where We Deliver

Artisancladstudio is a US business and sells to customers in the United States only. We deliver to every one of the 50 states, Alaska and Hawaii included. We do not accept international orders, and every package leaves from our warehouse in the United States.

Processing Your Order

Everything we list is in stock and ready to ship. Once your payment is confirmed, our team pulls your items, gives each piece a quality check, packs it, and hands it to the carrier. This processing step takes up to 3 business days.

Business days run Monday through Friday and do not include US federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Method and Carriers

We offer one option: Standard Shipping. Depending on your address and the size of the package, your order travels with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We pick the carrier that suits the route; carrier selection is not available at checkout.

How Long Delivery Takes

Plan on 5–11 business days from the day you place your order until it reaches you. That total already counts processing (up to 3 business days) plus time in transit with the carrier (up to 8 business days). Processing is not added on top.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak holiday volume can occasionally push a delivery past the usual window. If that happens, we'll help you follow up with the carrier.

Shipping Costs

• Orders of $75 or less: a flat $5.99 for Standard Shipping.
• Orders over $75: Standard Shipping is free.

The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in US dollars.

Tracking Your Package

As soon as your order ships, we send a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package with that number on our Order Tracking page. Tracking details can take a little while to update after the carrier first scans the package.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Need to swap a size, fix an address, or cancel? Email us at [email protected] as early as you can and include your order number. We can only make changes or cancel an order before it enters processing or ships. Once it is on its way, you can use our return process instead, described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Check Your Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away so we can try to correct it before the package leaves our warehouse.

Damaged, Wrong, or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and clear photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you. If your tracking shows no progress or your package never arrives, email us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
