These Terms of Service govern your use of https://artisancladstudio.com and any purchase you make from Artisancladstudio, the trading name of Artisanclad Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products, Pricing, and Images

• All products are subject to availability. We may update descriptions, prices, and images at any time without notice.
• Product photos are for illustration. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the actual fabric and finish of chore jackets, flannel shirts, work pants, and other garments.
• We work to keep our listings accurate, but mistakes happen. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing error. If an order is affected, we may cancel it and refund your payment in full to the original payment method.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy; it does not mean we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including:

• The item is out of stock
• The payment could not be completed or confirmed
• The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized
• A pricing or listing error
• Shipping restrictions to the delivery address

If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

4. Canceling Your Order

You may cancel an order only before it enters processing or ships. Email us at [email protected] as early as possible with your order number. There is no charge to cancel. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may return it under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product photos, and page design, belongs to Artisanclad Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or related systems
• Upload or spread viruses, malware, or other harmful code

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Maryland, where Artisanclad Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Resolving Disputes

If a problem comes up, please email us first. Most issues can be settled quickly by talking it through, and we will make a good-faith effort to resolve your concern informally. If we can't reach a resolution, any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration where permitted by law. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Where We Sell

Artisancladstudio sells and ships only within the United States, to all 50 states. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the United States.
