Paying for your order at Artisancladstudio works one way, through PayPal. Here's what that means for you, what you can pay with, and what to do if a payment doesn't go through.

One Secure Checkout: PayPal

All orders are paid through PayPal, our only payment processor. At checkout you can pay with:

• Your PayPal balance
• A bank account linked to your PayPal account
• A Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card

Don't have a PayPal account? No problem. Choose PayPal's guest checkout option to pay by card without creating one.

Currency, Taxes, and Shipping Charges

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars (USD), and every payment is processed in USD. Any applicable sales tax and your shipping charge are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm payment. Shipping is a flat $5.99 and free on orders over $75; see our Shipping Policy for the full details.

When Your Order Is Processed

We start processing an order only after the payment has been confirmed. In some cases PayPal or your card issuer may run an additional verification on a payment, which can briefly delay processing.

How We Protect Your Payment Details

Your card and bank details are entered on PayPal's secure checkout and handled by PayPal. Artisancladstudio does not store your full card information. Our website is served over an encrypted SSL connection.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, we reserve the right to cancel, hold, or decline any order that appears fraudulent or unauthorized. We may also ask for additional information to verify an order before it ships. If an order is canceled for this reason, any payment collected is refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Timing and conditions are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If Your Payment Fails

A declined or failed payment usually has a simple fix. Try these steps:

1. Double-check the details you entered, including the card number, expiration date, and billing address.
2. Confirm your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or card has enough available funds and is in good standing.
3. Contact your bank or card issuer, since they sometimes block online payments as a precaution.
