Your 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be accepted, an item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In its original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached
We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.
Approval Comes First
Every return needs our approval before anything is shipped back. Packages sent to us without an approved return request may be refused. Email us first and we'll take it from there.
Our team replies to return requests within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you'll receive a free prepaid return label along with instructions, so returning an item costs you nothing for shipping.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item or items you want to return.
- Wait for approval. We review your request and reply within 1–2 business days.
- Get your instructions and label. We send return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with tags attached, using the label we provided.
- We inspect it. Once it reaches us, we check that it meets the return conditions above.
- We issue your refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timing
After your return passes inspection, we issue the refund within 2–5 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or PayPal may need a few extra days to show the funds in your account.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the law requires it or the return is the result of our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We check every piece before it ships, but things can still go sideways in transit. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. Please send:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item and, if possible, the packaging
We'll send a replacement, issue a refund, or work out another fair solution, at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your tracking stalls or your package never arrives, email us with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate the package and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item following the steps above, then place a new order for the piece you want.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible before your order enters processing or ships, and there is no charge to cancel. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Where This Policy Applies
Artisancladstudio sells only within the United States. This policy covers orders delivered to addresses in the United States. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method; we do not charge cancellation fees or require deposits.
